About the event
We are shaking up Gin Nights! But not by much…
We are moving to a four-course format paired to four Gins, with tickets reduced to $100 per person, and we will have shaken gin cocktails available from the bar should you really want to keep shaking things up.
So… join us, and the team from Imagination at 7pm on Tuesday the 8th of September where we will lay out a four-course dinner, all matched to four gins from the team from Imagination. Laurie will talk you thru the story of each Gin, and head chef Jason will make his way out to the microphone to guide you thru each course, and why it has been created to complement and contrast each of Imaginations wonderful spirits.
