Rum Night at Libre

Join the team at Libre for a flavourful voyage of discovery: a five course Cuban inspired menu which is paired to five outstanding Cuban rums, and presented by international bar guru Manuel Terron.  Two of the courses will feature the rum presented as a cocktail.

Cubas history, is fraught with hard times, colonization and imperialism, a complex and often painful journey. Today this small island and its people have forged their own path and evolved a remarkably rich, complex, and influential culture for a such a tiny island nation. Cuban literature, arts, cinema music, dance and cuisine fusing African, Spanish, and Indigenous influences have encircled the globe.
