300g striploin, roasted confit agria potatoes, Swampton stout jus, caramelized shallot & herb
compound butter


PORK BELLY
Slow roasted pork belly, honey roasted kumara mash, pickled apple gel, sauce Robert

Roasted chicken leg stuffed with spinach, ricotta, marinated shiitake & chicken mousse, potato
