Welcome to Brew Union, where Chef Ben Ng and his skilled team blend Kiwi-inspired, Asian & American cuisine with our beer, which is freshly brewed on-site.
Our menu presents an array of small plates, sharing options, and premium mains, thoughtfully paired with our handcrafted brews.
A highlight is our wood-fired pizza, prepared with cold-fermented dough, hand-stretched to order, and baked in our wood-fired (gas assisted) oven. This results in a smoky, crispy crust with a delightful bite.
We also host stunning tasting events with our monthly Gin Night tasting menu drawing distillers from across the country.

Got a special occassion? Great news! We can help with superb local brews and tasty food!
Onsite options in include tastings, casual leaner style gatherings of 8 or more, all the way to sit down meals, group bookings require a deposit. For offsite catering we can offer tap beers, gin bar and food.
Fillery/Off License
Choose from any of our 21 taps to fill a vessel to take home or purchase one our classy glass Brew Union branded re-useable 2L "Growlers"; or 1L "Howlers".
Alternately bring your own clean vessel to fill or borrow a vessel with AgainAgain. Check out what’s on tap but please be aware guest taps change often.
Need more? After a keg? If you have your own keg setup at home we can even fill up your kegs for you.
Beware! We are located within Palmerston North's Alcohol Control Area, so please no drinkies until you get homsies.
