Tasting Dinner: Plate of Origin

Plate of Origin returns for September to the Manawatu so we have decided to take the theme, and expand it into a full five course, gin (and beverage) paired tasting dinner.

Hosted by us, prepare to be talked thru some amazing food using local suppliers, and some brilliant beverage matches.

We will talk you thru each dish, the suppliers that we have used, and the beverage(s) that we have matched to each course, and why.

As always the beverages you try in the evening will be available to purchase to take home at the end of the evening.

Please note that the menu is specifically curated for the plate of origin, and to compliment each beverage. We cannot make substitutions for dietary requirements, including but not limited to gluten free, dairy free or vegan dietary requirements.
