Introducing Brew Union’s Gin Club, where we host guided tastings through a series of world class gins presented with expertly crafted pairings and the occasional cocktail.

Kicking off the first in our series we have Four Pillars, an Australian distillery based out of the Yarra Valley. Well known internationally for their rare and barrel aged gins as well as their ability to produce an ever-increasing number of stunning vintages each year.

Join Brew Union’s Restaurant Manager Matt Jenner and Chief Mixologist Bradley Nelson as they present a selection drinks crafted from the Four Pillars gins range and demonstrates how to create a fantastic cocktail with Four Pillars Gin.
